PURPOSE:To heat the titled resin uniformly at high speed with the energy therefor saved, by heating a PVC resin, and then applying microwaves to the heated PVC resin when th PVC resin is heated and the bonding strength between the molecules is weakened, so that the movement of the molecules in the resin is increased to high speed. CONSTITUTION:Generally after raw material (a) for vinyl chloride resin consisting of a polyvinyl chloride, platicizer, stabilizer, colorant, filler, solvent, etc. is kneaded, the raw material (a) is heated by a warming roll (d). Then when the bonding strength between the vinyl chloride molecules is weakened due to the elevation of the temperature thereof by the heating, microwave is applied to the vinyl chloride resin to cause the molecules of the vinyl chloride resin to move at high speed so that the vinyl chloride resin is heated uniformly. Then generally, the vinyl chloride resin is passed through a calender roll (f), cooling roll (g), etc.
