PURPOSE:To provide a resin compsn. which can be bonded at a low temp. in a short time, containing an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified olefin polymer and an ethylene/(meth)acrylate ester copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. consists of an unsaturated acid (or anhydride)- modified olefin polymer (A) or an olefin polymer compsn. composed of said modified olefin polymer (A) and an unmodified olefin polymer (B) [excluding an ethylene/(meth)acrylate ester copolymer], an ethylene/(meth)acrylate ester copolymer (C) and optionally a metallic compd. (D) selected from among Groups II, III, IV, VI and VIII metal oxides, hydroxides, phosphates, carbonates and carboxylates. Preferred metals for the metallic compd. (D) include zinc, aluminum and magnesium.
