PURPOSE:To perform I/O actuation efficiently by inhibiting an interruption request from an I/O device once the in-use state of a device is reset, and handling the actuation from a channel controller with top priority. CONSTITUTION:An in-use signal 11 is transmitted to a channel controller CHC and also supplied to a delay circuit 12, inverting circuit 13, and AND circuit 14, which detect the signal falling. An FF18 is set in response to the detection, and consequently a permission signal 17 to an interruption request signal REQIN from the I/O device turns on to open an AND gate 15, inhibiting new interruption from the I/O. Then, the FF18 releases the interruption inhibition state newly by a signal from the controller CHC.
