PURPOSE:To facilitate securing a valve seat in a fluid control valve suitable for supplying secondary air by-passing a throttle valve of a carburetor by disposing the valve seat in a desirable position in a housing and securing same with a bushing via a spring member. CONSTITUTION:A housing 1 made of heat-resistant, high strength plastic is formed in one piece with an inlet port 2, an outlet port 3 and a conduit chamber 4 which is communicated to both the ports 2, 3. A valve seat 5 made of stainless steel is disposed at a position between the conduit chamber 4 and the outlet port 3. The shaft 7 of a valve body 6 which is seated on and detached from the valve seat 5 is slidably supported by a support 8a of a bushing 8 made of the similar plastic, and by interposing a waved washer 9 which constitutes a spring member between the underside of a cylindrical part 8b of the bushing 8 and the valve seat 5, the valve seat 5 is made securely supported. The upper end of the shaft 7 is connected to a diaphragm 13 through retainer plates 11, 12 so as to be moved back and forth in response to the pressure in a pressure chamber 17.
