PURPOSE:To avoid a wrong interface action by separating the power supply to an interface part of the load side from the power supply to a sequence processing part and supplying the power to the interface part after the actuation of a sequence circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply breaker 1 is turned on, the power is supplied to a sequence processing part 2 from a power supply part 4. Then an ON switch of an ON/OFF switch part 5 is operated to send signals to the part 2. Thus a power supply part 7 is actuated by the part 2. As a result, the power is supplied to an interface part 3 of the load side from the part 4. Thus the part 3 works. Then an ON signal 6 is supplied to the part 3 from the part 2 to obtain a designated interface action of the load side.
