PURPOSE:To update speedily relative information corresponding to updated data by refreshing the screen of each display device which displays corresponding screen information, etc., according to the property of the inputted updated data. CONSTITUTION:The screen of each display device which displays the corresponding screen information, etc., is refreshed according to the property of the inputted updated data. For example, when updated data generated in a process 2 is inputted to a processor 1 through a process input/output controller 3, information in a memory 5 is referred to on the basis of the information added to the data to decide on its format number and the kind. The processor 1 referes to a stored table of screen control information on the basis of the decision results to retrieve display devices which 9 which have the display of the same screen number and the same kind among devices 11-19. When the objective display devices are found by the retrieval, the screens of the display devices are refreshed simultaneously with the update in the memory 5.
