摘要 PURPOSE:To moderate shocks, by smoothing the torque change caused at the time of recommencing fuel supply by increasing the period of fuel injection at the time of recommencing fuel supply after interruption of fuel supply for deceleration. CONSTITUTION:A basic pulse calculating circuit 3 produces a basic pulse corresponding to a basic injection quantity of fuel by calculating the basic injection quantity of fuel from the rotation pulse given from an ignition coil 1 and the output of a means 2 for metering the quantity of intake air. A fuel supply interrupting circuit 4 judges that an engine is in deceleration and stops application of the basic pulse to an injection frequency dividing circuit 7 when an ''idle'' switch 5 is ON and the engine speed is higher than a value determined in relation to the temperature of cooling water that is detected by a water-temperature sensor 6. When the engine speed is lowered to a prescribed level, the injection frequency dividing circuit 7 divides the frequency of the basic pulse to 1/2 until the engine speed is lowered to the idling speed determined in relation to the temperature of cooling water.
