Claims for the contracting States : AT Process for preparing a foodstuff with high nutritional efficiency, containing from 8 to 40% of proteins, 5 to 30% of lipids and 25 to 70% of glucides or carbohydrates, characterised in that mixing is carried out of these three components chosen so that at least 10% of the proteins are provided by quail eggs, at least 25% of the proteins are provided by hydrolysates, or autolysates, of proteins of animal origin or from fermentation, that the lipids contain at least 30% of mono- or polyunsaturated fatty acids and that the glucides are a combination of rapidly or slowly assimilated sugars.
