PURPOSE:To improve the resistance to vibration and impact and a hot and cold vibrational property under circumstances ranging from an ordinary temp. to a high temp. zone by enclosing a thermistor element in one end of a heat resistant one-core sheath tube, and fixing with the melting of the core wire and the caulking of the sheath tube. CONSTITUTION:A stepped cylindrical thermistor element 12, wherein a heat resistant electrode 11 is fixed by baking to the inner and outer circumferences thereof and having a negative temp. coefficient of the resistance value, is enclosed in the end of a heat resistant one-core sheath tube 13 housing a heat- proof core 14 and a granular body 15 at the inside. The thermistor element 12 is fixed by circumferential caulking 18 of the heat resistant sheath tube 13 through a molten bead 16 of the core 14 and a heat resistant metallic washer 17, and a spacer 19 is welded or caulked 20 thereto. The unit is inserted into a heat- proof metallic case 21, and fixed 22 by caulking the heat resistant metallic protective case 21 from above the spacer 19. |
