PURPOSE:To enable quick and accurate read-out of indicated informations by forming the gap at the portion applied with phosphor substance with blue light reflection film thereby reducing fatigue of eye. CONSTITUTION:Phosphor substance 1y, 1g, 1r of yellow, green and red are constituting a phosphor substance applied portion 1. Blue reflection film 3 is employing SiO2 powder colored by cobalt pigment and made with same photomechanical process as employed in conventional manufacturing technology of black matrix face. Background color due to the blue reflection film 3 is preferably set to X<0.2, Y<0.25 in CIE color system for general indoor lighting such as incandescent light or daylight color or white color fluorescent light or natural light incident through a window. Consequently a display screen having considerably improved contrast when compared with conventional grey background can be obtained. |
