PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent surface gloss and resistance to flon and impact, by mixing an impact-resistant PS contg. rubber elastomer particles having a particle size within a specified range with a styrene block copolymer. CONSTITUTION:A graft copolymer (A) obtd. by graft copolymerizing at least one monomer (a) selected from alpha-methylstyrene, styrene and p-vinyltoluene onto 5- 20wt% rubber elastomer (b), e.g. polyisoprene, having an average particle size of 0.7-1.1, a copolymer (B) obtd. by block-copolymerizing 20-60wt% component (a) and 80-40wt% at least one monomer (c) selected from among butadiene, isoprene, 1,3-pentadiene, ethylene, propylene and 1-butene, and a polymer (C) of component (a) are mixed in such a proportion that the combined quantity of components (b) and B accounts for 5-10wt% of the total quantity of the compsn. and the quantity of component B accounts for 10-50wt% of the combined quantity of components (b) and B.
