BACK-UP DEVICE OF CONTROL SYSTEM

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve both operability and reliability for a back-up device of a control system by informing previously the set information to an upstream system from a manual operation device and controlling the control output signal with a manual operation device only when an increment or decrement button. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU within an upstream system 1 detects an HAND state, the control output ei is controlled so that the output ei is equal to the feedback signal ef to be given to the system 1. The contact of an automatic changeover switch SW is connected to the (a) side when an increment/decrement button 22 is not pushed. Then the control signal can be operated by varying the output ei. When the button 22 is pushed, the contact of the switch SW is changed to the (b) side. Thus the control signal obtained by a manual operation is delivered from an analog memory 31 and changes bumplessly. When the button 22 is released, the output is kept at the level em of a manual controller 2 obtained immediately before the button 22 is released. Thus the control output eo has no change.
