PURPOSE:To simplify structure, miniaturize and operate an unimorph vibrating piece having small amplitude normally by employing the unimorph vibrating piece in the mechanism of the pump. CONSTITUTION:In the vibrating section of the liquid fuel pump, one surface of the peripheral rim section 1a of the unimorph vibrating piece 1 is supported by an annular rigid body 11 while the other surface of the peripheral rim section 1a is supported by the main frame of the pump through an annular elastic body 12. According to this method, the unimorph vibrating piece having a small amplitude may be operated normally compared with the case is which both of the surfaces are supported by elastic bodies or rigid bodies. The unimorph vibrating piece 1 becomes concave or convex by impreessing a voltage thereon and effects a pumping effect. |
