PURPOSE:To produce a desired display screen by providing a video controller between a personal computer and a video device, writing the designated data like the title of the display contact, etc. to the sound recording part of a video recording medium, and superposing the picture obtained through the comparison said written data as a key for detection, on the picture outputted from an incorporated display memory. CONSTITUTION:The picture which is desired for use to the display screen of a personal computer is detected by a TV14 or a video tape, etc. Then the designation number of the screen and the action designation number are fed as control commands. A controller VCU13 decodessaid commands and obtains the desired video information through the TV14 to output it as a video writing signal. When the desired video information is read out of a video record/reproduction device VU12, the VCU13 receives the designation number of the screen to be read out and a reading action command from a CPU11 as control commands and retrieves the desired picture corresponding to the designation number to detect the picture corresponding to the desired designation number. Then, the VCU13 performs a reproducing action in accordance with said action command, then reads out the video signal of a disk, etc. |
