FLOW RATE DETECTOR

PURPOSE:To enable a long-time use not affected by the attaching of fur and scale by providing a swirling means of swirling a fluid to be detected axially and a magnetic rotor positioned in the spiral flow and rotating circumferentially in the direction vertical to the direction of flow. CONSTITUTION:A blade 11 as swirling means of swirling a fluid to be detected axially is fixed on a casing 12 in a housing 10. A magnetic spherical body 18 as a magnetic rotor is provided at the downstream of the blade 11 and a spherical body receiver 19 is fixed on the casing 12 as means of preventing the outflow of the magnetic spherical body 18. In this case, the fluid is swirled axially as flowing downstream along a circular arc blade 13 of the blade 11. As a result, the magnetic spherical body 18 turns circumferentially in contact with two points that is the circumferential surface of the spherical body receiver 19 and the casing 12. This enables a long-time use without being affected by the attaching of fur and scale in a passage.
