PURPOSE:To improve a corresponding characteristic to a bore size and corrective accuracy of wearing, by mounting a boring quill having a tool push-out capably in a direction crossing at a right angle with an axial line to an eccentric shaft rotatable for single indexing and rotatable integrally with a main spindle. CONSTITUTION:A clamp rod 17 advances to engage a clamper 18 with an engagement face 19 of an eccentric shaft 5 by a clamping spring 20, and a main spindle 3, eccentric shaft 5, movable cylinder 10 and a connecting shaft 32 integrally rotate causing a tool 7 in the end of a boring quill 6 to draw a turning locus around the center line 01 of the main spindle 3 serving as the center. Here a radial length of this locus is adjusted by turning clockwise a turning lever 26 through a cylinder 24 so as to shift leftward a moving sleeve 22 and disengage the clamper 18 from the engagement face 19 and turning a feed screw 15 by a dividing servo motor 13 so as to divide the eccentric shaft 5 in its rotation through a connecting member 12 and the movable cylinder 10. Thus a corresponding characteristic is improved for an optional bore size. |
