PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical pump which can easily determine whether medicament administration can be finished or not, before starting administration of a medicament by being driven using a battery: and to provide a medical pump system.SOLUTION: A medical pump includes a pump driving part for administering a medicament in accordance with setting, an information transmitting part transmitting pump information and an arithmetic processing part for controlling driving of the pump driving part, and is driven with power supplied from a battery. When input of setting of the flow rate and the dose amount of the medicament or input of instruction to start the administration of the medicament after the input of the setting are performed, the arithmetic processing part compares medicament administration completing time calculated from the flow rate and the dose amount with battery sustainable time calculated on the basis of the residual quantity of the battery, and transmits supplemental information for determining whether or not starting the medicament administration by the pump driving part to the information transmitting part when the medicament administration completing time exceeds the battery sustainable time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
