PURPOSE:To collect natural rubber in a short period from a culture obtained by cultivating a cell or tissue of a specific plant to produce natural rubber without depending upon climate conditions and soil. CONSTITUTION:A cell or tissue of a plant to produce natural rubber, belonging to the faminly Euphorbeaceae, Moraceae, Compositae, Arocynaceae, or Sapotaceae in a medium containing 0.01-10ppm auxin and 1ppm cytokinin, multiplicated, and natural rubber is collected from the culture. |
