The harrow has a cross beam with a line of timed rotors from end to end, each rotating about a vertical axis. At the centre is a vertical structure with a connecting beam across the top with the three point hitch elements at the middle. Between these two parallel beams are two sloping connecting struts secured by bolted joints at both ends. Rigidity is also increased by two outer sloping struts connected by further bolted joints to the ends of the cross beam and intermediately to the shorter struts, which can be fabricated from sheet metal. The length of the shorter beam is approximately equal to the distance apart of the bolted connections on the cross beam, which permit height adjustment.
