A side light-emitting type display device having a frame member is disclosed. The disclosed side light-emitting type display device having a frame member comprises: a display assembly for emitting light at a side while implementing a screen by using light irradiated from a light source; a transparent frame member for surrounding and fixing the circumference of the display assembly, and allowing the light guided to the side to be transmitted therethrough; and a side display member provided on a side of the transparent frame member so as to display screen information by using the light guided to the side of the display assembly.
