PURPOSE:To prevent under-shoot upon starting supply of hot-water by a method wherein combustion is effected in case operation is commanded even under a high-temperature condition that a temperature detector does not provide combustion command. CONSTITUTION:When a water flow detector 5 is put ON at a time point t0 during room heating operation, the amount of combustion is minimized forcibly regardless of hot-water supplying operation. This condition is continued to the time t3 for a predetermined period of time and a proportional combustion is started here utilizing the detected temperature of a temperature detector 10. The temperature detector 10 is located at the downstream of a heat exchanger 1, therefore, high-temperature hot- water in a hot-water supplying pipe 1b flows out simultaneously with the starting of supply of hot-water, the detected temperature rises to a peak at the time t1 and the temperature becomes higher than a set temperature. If the proportional combustion is effected utilizing the detected temperature simultaneously with the starting of the hot- water supplying operation, the combustion is started at the time t2 whereat the temperature is lower than the preset temperature. Therefore, heating is not effected between the times t0 and t2 and under-shoot is generated. According to this method, heating is effected during this period under the minimum amount of combustion, therefore, under-shoot may be reduced and boiling may be prevented. |
