摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a power recovery hydraulic turbine system with a simple structure at a low cost, by disposing a hydraulic turbine in a return channel. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water flows into cooling lances 28 through a feed pipe 18 to carry out cooling, then returns into a water pipe 40 and reaches a manually operated valve 52. Thereafter, water in a volume required for driving a hydraulic turbine 58 flows, and the remaining water bypasses the hydraulic turbine 58 through a water volume restricting valve 62. As a result, the sum of water volumes flowing through the hydraulic turbine 58 and the water volume restricting valve 62 are maintained at a constant water volume which is required for cooling water. The rotational speed of the water turbine 58 comes to a speed equal to that of a motor 14, a centrifugal clutch takes into its torque transmitting condition so that the load of the motor is reduced to decrease the consumption power of the motor, resulting in the recovery of engergy.
