PURPOSE:To improve the characteristics of an armature winding by coating the outside of the winding with a glass sleeve and a thermally shrinkable sleeve, thermally shrinking them and then impregnating them with resin, thereby rigidly securing the winding. CONSTITUTION:An armature winding 3 is arranged on the surface of an armature core 2 which has a shaft 1. Then, a glass sleeve 5 is coated on the winding 3 to wipe it to sufficiently contact on the winding 3. Then, a thermally shrinkable sleeve 6 is coated on the sleeve 5, and thermally sufficiently shrinked. Impregnating resin such as epoxy resin is impregnated to the armature in the sleeve 6 in vacuum. Thus, the core 2, the winding 3 and the sleeve 5 are integrated with the impregnated resin to form an integrated armature. |
