PURPOSE:To prevent slackening of a belt body by the dead load of a guide pulley and to reduce the whole guide pulley device to a compact size by bringing a shaft member of a guide pulley into contact with both outer peripheries and both insides of a reel and by bringing an outer race into contact with the belt body. CONSTITUTION:A guide pulley G comprises a shaft 13 mounted at the center thereof and an outer race, that is, a collar 15 supported on the shaft through a bearing 14 in such a manner as to rotate relatively. The shaft 13 has a large- diameter portion 13a formed at the center and small-diameter portions 13b respectively formed on both ends, wherein the small-diameter portions 13b are supported on both outer peripheral portions 1a of a reel 1 through a bearing 16 fitted to the large-diameter portion 13a, and both sides of the large-diameter portion 13a are brought into slidable contact with both insides 1b of the reel 1. The collar 15 has a width smaller than the length of the large-diameter portion 13a. The collar 15 is capable of freely rotating between both insides 1b of the reel 1 and brought into contact with one side of the belt body 2 fed out upward from the reel 1. |
