PURPOSE:To obtain a voice signal with high quality by switching the band of a band variable filter circuit extracting a voice output subject to sample-and-hold into a narrow band during the sample-and-hold period to decrease sample-hold noise level. CONSTITUTION:A sample-hold timing pulse L informing the sample-hole period is supplied from the band variable low pass filter 14 from a sample-hold circuit 11 and the band is changed according thereto. That is, the low pass filter 14 has a band of 20kHz while the normal voice signal is inputted, and the band is changed into a band up to 5kHz at the sample hold period. Thus, the component of >=5KHz of the sample hold noise is cut off and a reproduced voice signal N having a high sound quality with less sample hold noise is attained.
