摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain a Ti-Mo alloy film having high hardness and wear resistance as well as original corrosion resistance by sealing the pores in a Ti-Mo alloy film formed by plasma spraying with copper. CONSTITUTION:Ti-Mo alloy powder consisting of 15-30wt% Mo and the balance Ti is plasma-sprayed to form a film. Copper foil is put on the surface of the sprayed film, and it is melted by heating in vacuum. The molten copper is infiltrated into the porous sprayed film, so the desired film can be obtd. |
