发明名称 DEGREASING AND ACTIVATING METHOD BY HIGH SPEED CURRENT INVERSION ELECTROLYSIS
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform efficiently a degreasing treatment in the stage of subjecting the surface of a metal to electrolytic degreasing and activating treatment by impressing positive and negative voltages to said metal at a specific period to accomplish current inversion electrolysis and changing the ratio at which the positive and negative voltages are changed. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a metal is degreased and cleaned and at the same time the surface is activated for plating and painting treatment in the stage of subjecting the metal to a plating treatment and painting. The metal to be treated and a counter electrode as electrodes are dipped in an alkaline degreasing liquid for the above-mentioned purpose. Negative and positive voltages are impressed alternately at >=0.1Hz period between both electrodes to accomplish high speed current inversion electrolysis, thereby increasing a degreasing effect and preventing dissolution and passivating of the metal. The clean and active metallic surface is thus obtd. The much cleaner and more active metallic surface is obtd. by changing the ratio at which the positive inversion voltage is impressed with respect to the impression of the negative voltage, i.e., the inversion ratio.
