摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain an optical signal based upon a sine-wave function by arranging a rotary sector which rotates at a specific angular speed and a baffle plate which has a window whose contour is proportional to the sine-wave function at angles of the rotary sector. CONSTITUTION:The rotary sector 1 has radial blades 1a and have openings 1b between the respective blades 1a. The baffle plate 2 has the window 3 whose contour is proportional to the sine-wave function at angles of the rotary sectors. The rotary sector 1 is driven by a motor 4 which rotates at a constant speed and incident light 5 is passed through the rotary sector and the window 3 of the baffle plate 2 to obtain projection light 6 which varies according to the sine- wave function.
