PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent initial coloration, dispersibility and resistance to heat and weather, containing specially treated antimony oxide. CONSTITUTION:1mol of Sb2O3 having a particle size of 100 mesh or below is added to an aq. soln. contg. 0.05-1.0mol of H2O2 and oxidized at 30-110 deg.C for 30-60min. 0.01-0.2mol of perchloric acid is added thereto and the mixture is heat-treated at 40-60 deg.C for 5-30min to obtain the treated antimony oxide. 0.01-10pts.wt. said antimony oxide and optionally plasticizer, filler, stabilizer, ultraviolet light absorber, etc. are blended with 100pts.wt. halogen-contg. resin.
