PURPOSE:To firmly affix wappeness to cloth by placing wappens that have cloth surfaces to be affixed and that are formed with polyurethane over waterproofed cloth and by applying high-frequency heating to the wappens. CONSTITUTION:Wappen 3 is placed on top of cloth 1 and necessary portions of the wappen 3 such as peripheral edges are pressed and heated by a metal mold 6 of a high-frequency heating device. The wappen 3 may only be placed over polyurethane 4 outer cover material 5, or it may be affixed beforehand with an adhesive. The portion of the wappen 3 which was pressed with the metal mold 6 has a fused polyurethane 4 which infiltrated the texture of the cloth 1 and the pressed portion of the wappen 3 is affixed to the cloth 1. During the process of high-frequency fusion affixing by the metal mold 6 the wappen 3 is molded by heating and pressing transformation and it is simultaneously indented with pattern.
