PURPOSE:The titled dispersion having improved dispersion stability, obtained by dispersing Helindon Pink CN by using a polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether having a specific HLB value as a surface active agent. CONSTITUTION:Helindon Pink CN is dispsered by using 5-50wt% polyoxyethylene nonylphenyl ether having >=11HLB based on it to give the desired dispersion. By using the titled surface active agent, dispersibility of Helindon Pink CN is stabilized, precipitation of pigment, etc. will not occur even if the dispersion is used as low-viscosity cosmetic. The aqueous pigment dispersion can prepare easily cosmetics from low viscosity to high viscosity or eye shadow, eyebrow, mascara, etc. only by changing base materials such as solvent, binder, etc.
