PURPOSE:A resin composition excellent in heat resistance, impact resistance, and bending modulus, comprising a bis(2-oxazoline) compound, a polycarboxylic acid, a catalyst, an additive and a filler. CONSTITUTION:20-40wt% filler (e.g., glass fiber) having an average aspect ratio of 20-200 is added to a liquid mixture comprising a bis(oxazoline) compound [e.g., 2,2'-(1,3-phenylene)-bis(2-oxazoline)], a polycarboxylic acid (e.g., adipic acid), a catalyst (e.g., triphenyl phosphite), and an additive (e.g., salicylic acid). EFFECT:A resin composition having an impact resistance value>=10kg-cm (Izot, notched) and heat distortion temperature >=100 deg.C (load of 18.6kg) can be obtained. USE:Structural materials and materials for mechanical parts.
