PURPOSE:To execute a program in real time even with use of a BASIC language and at the same time to attain a change of the program under execution, by executing the program after converting all BASIC languages into codes by a code converting means. CONSTITUTION:The analog signal of the measurement value, etc. given from a process is converted into a digital signal by an A/D converter 10 and stored to an input signal register 12. The arithmetic processing is carried out with use of the data of the register 12 and according to the contents of a code register 20. The result of this arithmetic processing is stored to an output register 21. An output processing part 22 reads out the contents of the register 21 and delivers than in the form of analog signals after D/A conversion. An input processing part 10, an operation input processing part 13, a display processing part 17, a program input processing part 18, the part 22 and an arithmetic processing part 15 are connected to each other via each register within the RAM11. Thus the program execution can be separated from the input/output processing.
