MANUFACTURE OF SEALING MATERIAL FOR BEARING

摘要

PURPOSE:To mass-produce sealing material for bearing without flash and with favorable sealing power by a simple process wherein elastomeric ultraviolet-curing resin is coated on the inner and outer peripheral side surfaces of a reinforcing ring for bearing sealing and then cured by ultraviolet rays. CONSTITUTION:Elastomeric ultraviolet-curing resin 1 is coated on the outer and inner peripheral side surfaces of a reinforcing ring 2 for bearing sealing and then cured by the irradiation of ultraviolet rays 3 in order to obtain an elastomeric sealing material equipped with the reinforcing ring 2. Minimum sealing material with ample elasticity and good durability is manufactured in large quantities in a simple process.
