The subject of the present invention is an articulated construction which is intended to connect successive cylinder-wheel-set chassis 13,14 and which allows a reciprocal change of angle, the two chassis 13,14 being connected by means of the axle placement of the chassis to shafts 1.1,2.1 rotatable in the vertical plane, which shafts are both articulated in the horizontal plane and are longitudinally rotatable one relative to the other such that the shafts 1.1,2.1 are connected to each other by means of an articulated member 4,5.1, which is conducted towards the first shaft 1.1 rotatably in relation to a vertical axis 4 and towards the second shaft 2.1 rotatably in relation to a longitudinal axis 5.1. The object of the invention is to produce an articulated construction, by means of which the desired site can be subjected to or relieved of load. The articulated construction according to the invention comprises devices 6,7,8,9 for locking the rotation which takes place relative to the body of the shaft or shafts 1.1,2.1. <IMAGE>
