PURPOSE:To equalize the heat exchanging efficiency regardless of the airflow direction by providing raised arc-shaped pieces in a plate fin. CONSTITUTION:When performing the heat exchange by drafting the air in the direction shown by an arrow A, for instance, the air is received by raised rectangular pieces 17 and raised arc-shaped pieces 20 to cause the air disturbance as the air moves from communicating holes 17a, 20a to a plate fin 15. When drafting the air in the direction of arrow B, the air is received by raised pieces 19 and raised pieces 21. In this manner, the heat exchanging efficiency is not lowered no matter in which direction the airflow may come. For instance, when the unit is installed on veranda of a condominium or in narrow alleys, a suitable choice for blowing condition can be made.
