PURPOSE:To control fire flame flow resisting heat and oxidation-reduction atmosphere, by a method wherein a flame guide of a burner is formed by carbon and the used material carbon is covered with ceramics and the like of a given thickness uniformly throughout the material surface. CONSTITUTION:A ceramics layer 14 is formed by fusion-jetting zirconium oxide ZrOz for example, to the core 12 of a flame guide formed by carbon. The air heated through a preheating unit 2 is mixed with fuel in a combustion chamber 1 and then, fire flame is generated by ignition. The flame guide 15 is composed of zirconium oxide and is excellent in heat resistance and high temperature oxidation-reduction resistance, and on the surface the oxidized film is formed, and the carbon can be prevented from generating the oxidation-reduction at a high temperature to a given degree. The spread flame generated in the combustion chamber 1 is regulated by the guide 15, and turning property is imparted by an open slot 13 to control the fire flame flow. Therefore, a heater pipe 5 is heated more uniformly while heightening temperature.
