PURPOSE:To guarantee the high dependability of the titled device by providing a means for fixing mechanically a vibrating body consisting of a nozzle plate and a plate-shaped piezoelectric vibrator to the body so that vibrating body may face a pressurized chamber, and connecting the electrically conductive part of the fixing means to one electrode of the piezoelectric vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle plate 20 having a nozzle 19 and a plate-shaped piezoelectric vibrator 24 having an opening 23 and electrodes 21 and 22 on both surfaces are bonded to each other to obtain a vibrating body so that the nozzle 19 may face the opening 23. The fixing means 25 and 31 for fixing mechanically the vibrating body and a body 18 having a pressurized chamber 17 which is to be filled with a liquid to the body 18 so that the nozzle 19 may face the pressurized chamber 17 are provided. In addition, the electrically conductive part 31 and the nonconductive part 25 are furnished to the fixing means, and the conductive part 31 is electrically connected to one electrode 21 of the piezoelectric vibrator 24. The extremely high dependability of the spraying device can be guaranteed with said simple constitution, and the variance of the performance in spraying can also be reduced with a simple assembling process.
