PURPOSE:To reduce the noises, and to obtain uniform spouting speed by cutting the flow of air, turning the flow in the vertical direction without disturbing the streamline on the distributary surface of the first group of inductive plates, and turning the flow in the vertical direction by the second group of inductive plates with the similar action as mentioned above. CONSTITUTION:In a major-axis hollow casing 2, the intermediate part in the axial direction is opened, and an inflow port 4 for introducing a fluid, an internal space 5 on both sides in succession to both sides of the inflow port 4, and an outflow port 6 for allowing the fluid from the internal space 5 to flow out in the same direction as said inflow direction are provided. And a pair of the first groups 11 of inductive plates on both sides which are arranged in parallel in the axial direction of the casing and the second groups of inductive plates 13 which are arranged vertically in the axial direction of the casing in the internal space 5 on both sides are furnished at a position adjacent to the internal space 5 on both sides in the inflowing zone 10 of said influent fluid. The end surfaces of the groups 11 of inductive plates on the upstream side are positioned on a distributary surface 15 which is situated on a diagonal surface 12, and the end surfaces of the groups 13 of inductive plates are positioned on a distributary surface 16 which is situated on a diagonal surface 14.
