PURPOSE:To obtain a molded article containing a novolak epoxy resin and a filler, exposable to a high temperature directly from a normal temperature atmosphere without causing blistering, etc., having extremely excellent heat-resistance, and suitable as the handle and knob of a pot. CONSTITUTION:A molded article containing a novolak epoxy resin and a filler. The filler is preferably an inorganic filler such as silica, clay, calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide, glass chip, etc. The molded article can be exposed directly to a hot atmosphere of 250 deg.C.
