PURPOSE:To relax the tolerance and installation precision of each part of a crank-angle sensor by installing a fundamental ignition-timing adjusting means for adjusting the fundamental ignition timing and an ignition-timing correcting means for correcting the fundamental ignition-timing according to the operation- state parameters. CONSTITUTION:A crank-angle sensor generates a crank-angle signal in each prescribed crank-angle revolution. An ignition-timing adjusting-voltage setting means sets an ignition-timing adjusting voltage VR, and a correcting crank-angle calculation means calculates a correction crank-angle thetaCASTD. A fundamental ignition-timing calculating means calculates a fundamental ignition timing thetaB, and the fundamental ignition timing calculating means adjusts the fundamental ignition timing by adding the correcting crank-angle thetaSASTD to the fundamental igniti on timing thetaB. An ignition timing correcting means corrects the adjusted fundamental ignition timing according to the operation-state parameters. Therefore, the tolerance and installation precision of each part of the crank-angle sensor can be relaxed, and the working efficiency can be improved, and production cost can be reduced. |
