PURPOSE:To refresh a dynamic RAM most suitably by inserting a refresh cycle selectively in accordance with a dynamic signal in correspondence to a refresh period. CONSTITUTION:When a termination signal E to be a delimiter of one program is outputted from an OR array OR1 of a selecting signal matrix in a CPU for controlling various gates of a static control field, an AND gate G1 inverts an output to a high level in accordance with a timing signal TM to be formed by matching a refresh period and a control signal RF to control whether or not a refresh action is executed. Then condition branching is executed, program languages are qualified, and command codes for executing a microprogram for refreshing are formed. With this constitution to insert a refresh cycle selectively in the required timing, a dynamic RAM is most suitably refreshed. |
