PURPOSE:To execute processing of an automatic development, etc. for obtaining an uneven and uniform picture by using a photosensitive material of a long size as an object, by constituting a control means of an operation starting circuit, a timer circuit, a winding end detecting circuit, a rewinding circuit, and a rewinding end detecting circuit. CONSTITUTION:When winding of a roll film and a treating agent applied tape is ended, a winding end detecting circuit 10 detects it by an output of a motor rotation detecting circuit 9, driving of a motor M is stopped, and also a signal is outputted to a motor rotating direction indicating circuit 82. When this signal is inputted, the motor rotating direction indicating circuit 82 outputs a signal for rotating the motor M in reverse to the winding time, to a motor controlling circuit 7, and also makes the motor controlling circuit 7 output a signal for stopping a rotation of the motor M for a time of t3, to a timer circuit 87. When a time of t4 elapses, the motor M is rotated in reverse, rewinding of the roll film and the treating agent applied tape is started. When rewinding is ended, a rewinding end detecting circuit 8 detects it by an output from the motor rotation detecting circuit 9, outputs a signal to the motor controlling circuit 7, and stops a rotation of the motor M.
