PURPOSE:To enhance maneuverability of an actuator by furnishing a third piston, which moves when receiving the discharge pressure of a variable capacity pump at one of its ends, in the position mating with the moving direction of a second piston. CONSTITUTION:In a position mating with the moving direction of a second piston 6, a third piston 10 is furnished which moves when receiving the discharge pressure of a variable capacity pump 5 at one of its ends. Accordingly a discharge amount in response to the changing load pressure can be obtained even though the center by-pass pressure of a control valve 2 is constant, so that the maneuverability of actuator is enhanced.
