发明名称 CONTROL METHOD FOR FLUID ACTUATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance the response in controlling by deriving the finite time width from a value to be determined through addition of a correction time width to the basic time width followed by addition or subtraction of a time width for resilience to/from the obtained sum. CONSTITUTION:The finite time width when a piston 1d transfers from the neutral position is determined as the sum of a basic time width, a correction time width, and a time width for resilience, while that when the piston 1d transfers to the neutral position is derived from the value of difference determined by subtracting the time width for resilience multiplied by a specific factor from the sum of said basic time width and correction time width. Accordingly even though the piston 1d is in such an arrangement as to yield different motive resistance at every operational position, the sinal for each pulsed signal used for controlling it will control the piston 1d always to its appropriate position, so that the control for every pulse can always be effective to enable enhancing the response in controlling.
