PURPOSE:To change easily priority by discriminating an interruption request detected by successively scanning the contents of a priority order specification part on the basis of the previously set up priority order to select an interruption request having high priority. CONSTITUTION:The priority is written in the priority order specification part 105-A on the basis of a signal cotrolled by a program. A control part 101 outputs a scanning signal 102 according to priority. A detection part 104-A compares the scanning signal 102 with the self-priority order. If both the priority coincides with each other, a coincidence signal 109-A is generated. An interruption receiving signal 110-A generated from an interruption receiving part 108-A is inputted to a priority order settig part 111. Only the interruption receiving signal evaluated as it has the highest priority out of plural interruptions generated simultaneously is outputted from the part 111 and inputted to the control part 101.
