PURPOSE:To control the opening area of a blow-off port in order to control the speed of blow-off air, effect heat exchange efficiently and uniformize the distribution of room temperature by a method wherein a rotating number controller, controlling the rotating number of a fan, and a guide plate controller, controlling the opening area by a guide plate, are provided in the device. CONSTITUTION:In case the frequency of a frequency controller 29 is large, the rotating number of a one-through vane wheel 10 for ventilation is controlled so as to be increased, therefore, the speed of blow-off air is decreased. In this case, the rotating number of the one-through vane wheel 10 for ventilation is detected to set a distance between an airflow direction plate 11 and the guide plate 22 by the guide plate controller 28. Next, in case the frequency of the frequency controller 29 is small, the rotating number of the one-through vane wheel 10 is controlled so as to be decreased, therefore, the speed of blow-off air is also small. In this case, the rotating number of the one-through vane wheel 10 is detected and the distance between the airflow direction plate 11 and the guide plate 22 is narrowed whereby the speed of blow-off air may be increased.
