PURPOSE:To obtain a golden Cu alloy for ornamentation having superior corrosion resistance, workability and mechanical properties by adding specified amounts of Zn, Si and a noble metal to Cu. CONSTITUTION:A golden Cu alloy for ornamentation having superior corrosion resistance, workability and mechanical properties such as fatigue resistance is obtd. by adding 7-45wt% Zn, 0.1-7wt% Si and 0.01-2wt% noble metal such as Au, Ag, Pt, Pd, Rh, Ru, Ir or Os to Cu.
