PURPOSE:To know an abnormality and a failure position at once to facilitate the repair thereof, by providing a random access memory for storing therein the content of an abnormality from an abnormal detecting means, and by erasing the stored content at a specific time. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of abnormality detecting circuits 16a through 16d detect abnormalities in input devices 11a trough 11b and output devices 12a through 12b. A random access memory 17 stored therein the contents of abnormalities from the abnormality detecting circuits 16a through 16d. An abnormality display device 20 displays the contents of the abnormalities. When the supply voltage of a second constant voltage device 33 is fed to the random access memory 17, the stored contents thereof are erased. With this arrangement an abnormality and a failure position are known at once so that appropriate measures may be taken rapidly.
