PURPOSE:To prevent flaws on a magnetic sheet as well as clogging of a record head and at the same time to secure a stable distance between the magnetic sheet and a control plate, by forming the stripe-shaped recesses/projections to the control plate at the side of the magnetic sheet surface and in parallel to a circular track of the magnetic sheet to obtain air paths. CONSTITUTION:A control plate 11 controls the positions of a magnetic head and a rotary magnetic sheet with a fixed space, and the stripe-shaped recesses/projections 12 which are parallel or approximate to a circular track of the magnetic sheet are provided to the plate 11 at the side of the magnetic sheet surface side. Thus air paths are formed between the plate 11 and the magnetic sheet. This prevents contact between the plate 11 and the magnetic sheet surface and also avoids flaws on the magnetic sheet due to shaving of the magnetic sheet, dust, etc. since these shaving and dust are scattered out through those recess parts.
